ADMa-1H是伊拉克Ahdeb油田首口大位移小井眼水平井,本井完钻井深4773 m,水平位移1859.6 m。本井Upper Fars地层中泥岩水化分散性强,易缩径,Lower fars地层中含有多层石膏层、盐膏层、盐层和高压盐水层,极易污染钻井液,Khasib至Mauddud等下部地层基本为灰岩,易发生渗漏,Φ152.4 mm小井眼在Mauddud油层水平钻进1500 m,抑制性、抗污染能力、润滑防卡是本井钻井液技术关键。
ADMa-1H is the first large-scale wellbore horizontal well in the Ahdeb oil field in Iraq. The well drilled was 4773 m deep with a horizontal displacement of 1859.6 m. Mudstone rocks in Upper Fars stratum of this well are highly hydraulically dispersible and prone to shrinking. Lower fars contain multiple layers of gypsum, salt and oily layers, salt and high pressure saline reservoirs, which are highly susceptible to drilling fluids. Lower sections such as Khasib to Mauddud Basically limestone, prone to leakage, Φ152.4 mm slim hole drilling in the Mauddud level horizontal 1500 m, inhibition, anti-pollution ability, lubrication card is the key drilling fluid technology.
