【Abstract】Objective To investigate the application effect of emergency department nursing care in trauma treatment. Methods A total of 124 patients with emergency trauma treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled, of which 62 were used as the control group, and the routine nursing methods were used in the emergency department. The other 62 patients were given professional research groups. Surgical nursing methods were used to compare the success rate of the two groups of patients, the incidence of complications and the patient’s satisfaction with the two types of care. The results showed that the successful rescue rate of trauma patients in the study group was 96.8% (60/62), and the effect was significantly better than that of the control group. The complication of the study group was 4.8% higher than that of the control group; the satisfaction degree of the patients with regard to the care, the satisfaction degree of the research group 98.4% was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P
