It was learned from relevant parties that the advertising fees for various news media led by China Central Television have generally increased since 1993. The advertising fee for CCTV at around 19:34 in prime time increased from 10,000 yuan to 25,000 yuan per second; around 20:04, it increased from 10,000 yuan per 30 seconds to 23,000 yuan; before 19:00. The “list of names” and the “famous names” before 21:00 rose to 19,000 yuan and 13,000 yuan every 30 seconds respectively. As in previous years, this price increase by CCTV caused a chain reaction.
