以淮南矿业集团顾北矿区开采6-2煤层保护上覆8煤层为原型,运用实验室相似模拟材料试验,按照一定的相似比设计制作模型。在保护层6-2煤开挖过程中,对开挖到不同区域的上覆煤岩体裂隙的形成、发展及其变化规律进行了研究。通过监测被保护层8煤及底板围岩的厚度变化得到最大膨胀变形、最大膨胀变形率和卸压保护角分别为50.85 mm、14.405‰和79.8°,达到了保护层开采消突的目的,为实现煤矿的安全生产提供了一个较好地解决方案。
Based on the coal seam 6-2 overburden 8 overlay in GuBei mining area of Huainan Mining Group as the prototype, a similar model was designed according to a certain similarity ratio using the laboratory simulation test. The formation, development and variation of overlying coal and rock mass fissures excavated in different areas during the excavation of 6-2 coal seam in the protective layer were studied. By monitoring the change of the thickness of the coal in the protected layer 8 and the floor rock, the maximum expansion deformation is obtained, the maximum expansion deformation rate and pressure relief protection angle are 50.85 mm, 14.405 ‰ and 79.8 °, respectively, reaching the goal of removing outburst in the protective layer.
