[目的]建立一种反相高效液相色谱测定flometoquin原药的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent Zorbax Extend-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,紫外检测器检测波长为230 nm,对flometoquin原药进行分离和测定。[结果]当flometoquin质量浓度为20.0~500 mg/L时,flometoquin的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为0.41,变异系数为0.42%,平均回收率为99.95%。[结论]该方法准确、快速、分离效果好,适合于flometoquin原药的定量分析。
[Objective] To establish a method for the quantitative analysis of flometoquin original drug by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography with Agilent Zorbax Extend-C 18 column with acetonitrile-water (75:25 by volume) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min was used. UV detection wavelength 230 nm, the original flometoquin drug was isolated and assayed. [Result] When the concentration of flometoquin was 20.0 ~ 500 mg / L, the linear correlation coefficient of flometoquin was 0.9997, the standard deviation was 0.41, the coefficient of variation was 0.42% and the average recovery was 99.95%. [Conclusion] The method is accurate, rapid and effective in separation and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of flometoquin.
