我厂经常大批制造‘棒铣刀’,须要做有顶针眼的活。这些活都必须先打好洋铳眼后,才能用车床制作。但是,在大批打洋铳眼时,本来是用‘划卡’找出中心后,才能打眼。这样,是一头一头的划(每一件须划两回),不但做的慢,而且划出来的活,也不规距,眼也不对中心,对生产数量,就有很大的影响。工友万斧田同志,看到这种情形后,就开动脑筋。创造出快速打铳眼工具。经制造试验后,提高产量三倍多,而且打出来眼又正。又省去了找中心划线的麻烦。现在我把打洋铳眼工具的构造,说明如下:
