针对现有集约化制粉成套设备存在着纯度、目数、产能等问题,本文从电解铜的各个环节入手,研究了其工艺过程,设计了集约化制粉成套设备。其创新点表现在由目前手工刮粉到自动刮粉转变、在电解铜粉阴、阳极不规则和间距不统一情况下的刮粉系统能自动跟踪定位确定、刮粉系统与生产系统的坐标位置统一问题、设备按照设定的动作顺序进行自动化运行等方面。经实践证明,本集约化制粉成套设备优于其它同类产品的性能,有望提高我国在金属冶炼领域的装备技术水平。
