目的探讨2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法利用流式细胞术对36例2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者(III组)、41例2型糖尿病患者(II组)、43例肺结核患者(I组)、30例健康者(健康对照组)检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的变化,对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果 III组外周血CD3+明显低于I组、II组、健康对照组(P均<0.05),CD4+明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+明显低于II组、健康对照组(P均<0.05),CD8+显著高于II组、健康对照组(P均<0.05),而CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+与I组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);II组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),CD8+与健康对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);I组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低于健康对照组(P<0.05),CD8+明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者存在T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,存在着细胞免疫功能缺陷。
Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of type 2 diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Thirty-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (group III), 41 type 2 diabetes mellitus (group II), 43 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (group I) and 30 healthy people (healthy control group) were detected by flow cytometry Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + changes, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The level of CD3 + in peripheral blood of group III was significantly lower than that of group I, II and healthy controls (P <0.05), CD4 + was significantly lower than that of healthy controls (P <0.05), and CD4 + / CD8 + (P <0.05). CD8 + was significantly higher than that in group II and healthy controls (all P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between CD8 + and healthy controls (P> 0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + in group I were significantly lower than those in healthy controls <0.05), CD8 + was significantly higher than the healthy control group (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a change of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis, and there is a defect of cellular immune function.
