目的检测食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白的表达,并探讨其与食管鳞癌发生及浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测50例食管鳞癌组织及其相应的28例癌旁非典型增生组织和15例正常食管黏膜组织中Bmi-1蛋白的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁非典型增生组织和正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);浸润至外膜食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达率高于深肌层及浅肌层(P<0.05)。结论 Bmi-1蛋白过表达可能参与食管鳞癌的发生及浸润转移过程。
Objective To detect the expression of Bmi-1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and to investigate the relationship between the expression of Bmi-1 protein and the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Bmi-1 in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its corresponding 28 cases of atypical hyperplasia of adjacent tissues and 15 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results The positive rate of Bmi-1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was higher than that in atypical hyperplastic tissues and normal esophageal mucosa tissues (P <0.05). The positive rate of Bmi-1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in non-cancerous esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues Lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). The positive rate of Bmi-1 protein in infiltrating esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in deep muscular layer and superficial muscular layer (P <0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of Bmi-1 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
