供电企业在“突发事件”发生后将信息公开地、及时地、透明地、诚恳地发布是新闻媒体对“突发事件”的灵敏反应的客观要求。作为供电企业在新形势下,笔者认为,必须对新闻应急管理机制予以完善,统一思想,提高认识,深刻分析。供电企业在发生突发事件的情况下,要在思想上做好接受采访、引导舆论的准备,客观、自然、坦诚地应对记者。应该利用媒体于第一时间发布突发事件的相关信息,只求快,不求全,先入为主,迅速反应,通过先声夺人的方式,抢占话语主导权,将“突发事件”造成的负面影响及各项损失努力降到最低。
It is an objective requirement of the news media to respond sensitively to “emergencies” when the power supply enterprises publicly, timely, transparently and honestly release information after the occurrence of “emergencies”.
