随着创新社区治理的深入,迫切需要强化第三方社区管理与服务类企业的整体优势和综合效应。规范物业公司企业文化就是规范社区管理与服务市场。本文通过分析我国社区管理与服务企业之一的物业公司企业文化发展的障碍,借鉴北京等一线城市大型物业集团公司成熟的企业文化,提出物业公司企业文化构建的反思和策略,以期提高物业管理与服务企业对企业文化构建的认识和重视。
