掘进机故障自诊断系统是当今掘进机机器人化的关键技术之一,也是掘进机发展的重要方向。针对国内掘进机截割头主轴面临的故障频发特点及现有故障诊断系统不能满足现实需要的问题,结合截割头运行故障特性,对掘进机故障诊断软硬件系统进行研究。设计了嵌入式系统,对掘进机截割头主轴工作状态的实时监测、故障预知和自诊断等功能,为进一步提高掘进机工作效率和工作安全可靠性奠定了基础。
TBM fault self-diagnosis system is one of the key technologies of TBM today, and also an important direction for TBM development. Aiming at the frequent failure of the cutting head of the domestic roadheader and the problem that the existing fault diagnosis system can not meet the actual needs, the hardware and software of the roadheader fault diagnosis are studied based on the characteristics of the running fault of the cutting head. The embedded system is designed to realize the real-time monitoring of the working state of the cutting head of TBM, fault prediction and self-diagnosis, which lays the foundation for further improving the working efficiency and work safety of TBM.
