作者以65±13、183±38、657±99、1,7874±375ppm四种浓度的氯乙烯,给四组大鼠吸入,一日24小时,连续吸入一个月后进行各种生化检查。其结果如下: 体重:从65ppm组开始出现影响体重的增加,200ppm以上的影响明显。肝、肾与体重的比,随氯乙烯浓度的增加而增加;肝肾本身的重量也增加;吸入组大鼠戊巴比妥睡眠时间缩短,从而认为氯乙烯有如肝的药物代谢酶一样的诱导现象。生化检查:65ppm组血清碱性磷酸酶活性升高,
