一、绪言日本住友金属工业公司生产的机车车辆铸钢零件以往都是以湿型为主,从1968年开始,由于设置了惰性气体充型铸造生产线,故车钩的钩体、钩舌、钩锁等的制造均采用了壳型铸造法,使生产率及产品质量都得到了提高。关于以上产品的制造过程及惰性气体充型铸造的操作条件等,已在第80次、81次日本铸造协会大会上作了介绍。在此基础上,该公司打算对更大型的铸钢件应用壳型铸造法,因此以机车车辆用侧架(长2.261米,单体重810公斤)为对象,对壳
