案例教学是法学教育中最为重要的教学方法。它通过实践案例的引入,激发学生的积极性,培养其实践能力,提高教学效果。而其案例选择的标准应当是真实性、典型性以及新颖性。
Case teaching is the most important teaching method in legal education. Through the introduction of practical cases, it stimulates the enthusiasm of students, cultivates their practical ability and enhances the teaching effect. The criteria for the selection of cases should be authentic, typical and novelty.
