机采系统效率是衡量机采井能耗状况的重要指标,单纯依靠单井优化的方式不能及时发现和制定低效井的调整措施,这就给日常管理带来不便。为此,提出开发基于闭环模式下机采井系统效率管理平台,建立具有单井功况诊断、措施制定、效果跟踪和进度考核的网络平台,实现整个流程的自动运行,并由人工进行审定,使生产单位和管理部门间形成有效沟通,从而提高油田的管理水平。
The efficiency of machine-picking system is an important index to measure the energy consumption of machine-picking wells. The reliance on single-well optimization method can not find and formulate the adjustment measures of inefficient wells in time, which brings inconvenience to daily management. Therefore, it is proposed to develop an efficiency management platform based on the closed-loop model and to establish a network platform with single-well condition diagnosis, measure development, effect tracking and progress evaluation, to realize the automatic operation of the whole process and to be manually verified, The production units and management departments to form an effective communication between, so as to improve the management level of the oil field.
