目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床处理。方法回顾性分析45例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果患者初产妇多于经产妇,45例患者中,29例例孕期发现,正常阴道分娩27例,剖宫产18例,孕妇均安全。结论妊娠合并子宫肌瘤易发生各种产科并发症,剖宫产率高,剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术应慎重,并加强监护。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids in pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 45 cases of pregnancy with uterine fibroids clinical data. The results of patients with primipara more than the mother, 45 patients, 29 cases of pregnancy found in normal vaginal delivery in 27 cases, 18 cases of cesarean section, pregnant women were safe. Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids prone to various obstetric complications, high cesarean section rate, cesarean section line uterine myomectomy should be careful, and to strengthen custody.
