反冲洗强度是生物除铁除锰滤池的一个重要运行参数。采用成熟稳定的滤柱,分别设定反冲洗强度为14、11、8 L/(s·m2),考察反冲洗强度变化对铁、锰、氨氮、浊度去除效果的影响。结果表明,在不同反冲洗强度下,滤柱对铁、锰、氨氮均有很好的去除效果,出水中的总Fe、Mn2+、NH+4-N平均浓度分别为(0.015、0.014、0.013)、(0.003、0.001、0)、(0.022、0.017、0.016)mg/L,均优于国家标准,即反冲洗强度对三者的去除效果没有影响。出水平均浊度分别为0.28、0.41、0.55 NTU,反冲洗强度越小则出水浊度越高;并且浊度主要在0~0.4 m滤层被去除,出水浊度与滤层厚度无关。反冲洗5 min后出水浊度为24.6 NTU,20 min时降到了0.85 NTU,50 min后降到了0.43 NTU,90 min后大约恢复到反冲洗前的水平。
Backwash strength is biological removal of iron and manganese filter is an important operating parameters. Using the mature and stable filter column, the backwashing intensity was set to 14, 11, 8 L / (s · m2) respectively. The effect of backwashing intensity on iron, manganese, ammonia nitrogen and turbidity removal was investigated. The results show that the filter column has good removal efficiency for iron, manganese and ammonia nitrogen under different backwash strengths. The average concentrations of total Fe, Mn2 + and NH + 4-N in the effluent are (0.015, 0.014, 0.013) , (0.003,0.001,0), (0.022,0.017,0.016) mg / L, all better than the national standard, that is, the backwash strength has no effect on the removal efficiency of the three. The average turbidity of the effluent was 0.28, 0.41 and 0.55 NTU, respectively. The smaller the backwash intensity was, the higher the effluent turbidity. The turbidity was mainly removed at 0 ~ 0.4 m, and the turbidity of the effluent was independent of the thickness of the filter. After 5 minutes of backwash, the effluent turbidity was 24.6 NTU, down to 0.85 NTU at 20 min, down to 0.43 NTU after 50 min, and returned to the pre-flush level after 90 min.
