用氢化可的松造成实验性骨质疏松(EOP),观察黄芪复方制剂(PAM)防止骨质丢失的作用。结果表明,模型组与给药组动物骨钙(Ca)、骨磷(P)和羟脯氨酸(HP)含量有显著差异,PAM可防止氢化可的松引起的鼠骨矿物质及有机物质的丢失。提示PAM对OPS可能具有一定的防治作用。
Hydrocortisone was used to induce experimental osteoporosis (EOP), and the effect of PAM to prevent bone loss was observed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in bone calcium (Ca), bone phosphorus (P) and hydroxyproline (HP) contents between the model group and the administration group. PAM prevented the cortical cortisone-induced bone minerals and organic substances in rats. Lost. It is suggested that PAM may have a preventive effect on OPS.
