近年来,我国企业海外并购的交易额增长较快,但并购成功率并不高。目前,全球金融危机导致海外企业大多处于资金困境,国内良好的经济环境也造就了我国企业海外并购的优势。为有效地规避并购风险,我国企业要做好明晰并购目的、分析并购能力、掌握信息等方面的基础性工作。
In recent years, the transaction volume of overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises has increased rapidly, but the success rate of mergers and acquisitions is not high. At present, most of overseas enterprises are in a financial predicament because of the global financial crisis. The favorable economic environment in China also brings about the advantages of overseas mergers and acquisitions by Chinese enterprises. In order to effectively avoid the risk of mergers and acquisitions, Chinese enterprises should do a good job in clarifying the purpose of mergers and acquisitions, analyzing M & A capabilities, mastering information and other basic work.
