目的采用自制问卷调查某军医大学1640名在校学员对教学方式的期望。方法以学员总体和不同分类进行数理统计分析。结果大部分学员(59.8%)认为大学课程的学习应当“教员讲解为主自学为辅”(2χ=671.430,P<0.001);83.6%的学员认为入学后进行课程指导非常重要或比较重要(2χ=802.858,P<0.001);对于能够促进学习的教学方式(χ2=542.162,P<0.001),42.8%的学员选择了PBL,其次是讲座式(30.9%)、讨论式(22.3%)。结论军医大学应该创新教学方式,对学员提供有效的指导。
Objective To investigate the expectations of 1640 students in a military medical university on the teaching methods by self-made questionnaires. Methods Based on the overall and different classification of students, mathematical statistics analysis. Results Most of the students (59.8%) thought that the study of university curriculum should be “supplemented by teachers’ self-study” (2χ = 671.430, P <0.001). 83.6% of the students thought it is very important or important to guide the curriculum after admission (2χ = 802.858, P <0.001); 42.8% of trainees chose PBL for the teaching method that can promote learning (χ2 = 542.162, P <0.001), followed by lecture (30.9% . Conclusion Military Medical University should innovate teaching methods to provide effective guidance to students.
