随着近年来世界人民对运动、健康重要性意识的不断增强,举重这一体育运动项目逐渐得到了更多人的关心和重视。再加之举重是奥运会等大型体育运动会中的一个重点比赛项目,所以,就举重训练中的相关问题进行研究就显得尤为重要了。力量训练是举重运动员举重训练中最核心、最基础的部分,因此,就举重训练中力量训练的相关问题进行了较为系统的分析,主要包括举重训练中力量训练的方法和注意事项两个基本的方面。
With the increasing awareness of sports and health importance by the people in the world in recent years, weightlifting has gradually gained more and more attention from the sport. Coupled with the weightlifting is a major sports events such as the Olympic Games and so on, so it is particularly important to study the related issues in weightlifting training. Strength training is the core and most basic part of the weight training of weightlifter. Therefore, the author systematically analyzes the related problems of strength training in weightlifting training, including the methods and precautions of strength training in weight training aspect.
