社会主义市场经济与人的协调发展关系到中国的全面深化改革和依法治国建设,是人的发展经济学需要解决的重要问题。正确理解和把握好社会主义、市场经济的内涵,社会主义与市场经济的关系,社会主义与市场经济结合的原则与要求,社会主义市场经济与人协调发展的衡量标准,考察中国社会主义与市场经济结合的效果或者中国社会主义市场经济条件下人生存和发展困境的根源是中国全面深化改革和依法治国首先需要做好的事情。文章认为,实现社会主义市场经济与人的协调发展,坚持科学社会主义是前提,明确人在社会主义市场经济发展中的地位是核心,正确处理好政府和市场的关系是关键,完善产权制度、公共政策体系、双导型生产和分配社会主义市场经济制度、构建以人为本的社会主义市场经济生产观并依此进行顶层制度设计是重点,同时还要解决好城镇化和贫困地区经济发展等问题。
The coordinated development of the socialist market economy and human beings is an important issue that needs to be resolved in relation to China’s overall deepening reform and governing the country by law. The article holds that it is the prerequisite to adhere to scientific socialism, to clarify the position of man in the development of socialist market economy, and to correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market. It is necessary to improve the system of property rights, The public policy system, double-guided production and distribution of the socialist market economy, the construction of a people-oriented socialist market economy and the design of the top-level system are the key points. At the same time, we must solve the problems of urbanization and economic development in poor areas.
