在金属结构加工中,经常会遇到角钢或槽钢等各种角度的弯制或切割,然后焊接成各种构件。如果加工时切去的部分角度太大,焊接后,由于金属溶液冷却收缩,使焊接后零件的实际角度变小,且随加工时角度误差的大小而变化,使焊接后零件角度大小不同。如果加工时,切去部分度角太小,弯制后零件角度变大,那么必须把角钢重新校直,再进行铣修,若反复的次数较多,很容易在弯接处产生断裂。我们设计一种万能角度划线器,并附有直角尺,(见图)。使用时,把此尺的角度标尺对好所需要的角度值,锁紧螺钉,用钢板尺或卷尺定好长度后,用固定直角标尺划垂线,用角尺座紧靠所划零件一侧,以零件厚度d为起点划线,然后翻转,划另一侧即可。
