目的:观察小儿无血预充体外循环术后机体的临床和实验室检查变化。方法:选择体重10~20kg 常见先心病40例,全部采用无血预充,观察术后血球压积、血红蛋白、血小板、血浆蛋白和血气分析等变化,并与同期40例有血预充对照。结果:两组病例术后血球压积、血红蛋白和血气分析相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。无血预充组术后早期血小板和血浆蛋白明显下降,但术后7天内逐渐恢复到术前水平。24小时和总的纵隔引流量分别减少26.7%和22.2%,70%患儿术后无需输血,表明无血预充体外循环具有减少术后并发症和节约用血的作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of clinical and laboratory examination in children after bloodless preconditioned extracorporeal circulation. Methods: Forty patients with common congenital heart disease weighing 10 ~ 20kg were selected. All the patients were treated with bloodless preconditioning, and the postoperative hematocrit, hemoglobin, platelet, plasma protein and blood gas analysis were analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative hemoglobin, hemoglobin and blood gas analysis (P> 0.05). Platelet and plasma protein decreased significantly in the group without blood preconditioning, but gradually returned to preoperative level within 7 days after operation. 24 hours and total mediastinal drainage were reduced 26.7% and 22.2%, 70% of children without transfusion after surgery, indicating that bloodless pre-charged extracorporeal circulation with reduced postoperative complications and blood use.
