目的:了解辽宁省盘锦市食品中微生物污染的基本状况及致病菌的流行趋势,提出预防措施。方法:综合分析2015年盘锦市乳制品、熟肉制品、酱腌菜等食品的卫生状况,并对各类食品的合格情况以及各类食品的不合格项目进行统计分析。结果:2015年盘锦地区的食品总合格率为91.7%,熟肉制品、糕点、沙拉3类食品的合格率相对较低。结论:本地区食品的检测结果总体情况较好,食品检验中项目不合格的主要原因是微生物污染;将熟肉制品、糕点、沙拉应当作为关键控制食品加以管理,建议食品监管部门重点监管,降低食物中毒的发生率。
Objective: To understand the basic status of microbial contamination in food and the epidemic trend of pathogens in Panjin City, Liaoning Province and to put forward the preventive measures. Methods: The health status of dairy products, cooked meat products and pickles in Panjin City in 2015 were analyzed comprehensively. Statistical analysis was conducted on the qualified status of all kinds of food and the unqualified items of various kinds of food. Results: The overall passing rate of food in Panjin was 91.7% in 2015, while the passing rate of cooked meat products, cakes and salads was relatively low. Conclusion: The test results of food in this area are generally good. The main reason of project unqualified in food inspection is microbial contamination. Cooked meat products, cakes and salads should be managed as key control foods. It is suggested that food regulatory authorities should focus on supervision and reduce The incidence of food poisoning.
