铸轧辊与板坯之间的接触行为是一个涉及几何非线性、材料非线性以及边界条件非线性等三重非线性的复杂过程,由于板坯变形剧烈,若应用有限元模拟,使得有限元网格发生畸变。针对计算快速超薄铸轧辊变形的关键问题———铸轧辊与板坯之间的接触行为,为克服有限元对板坯进行网格划分和重划的不便,用无网格———有限元耦合方法建立其计算模型,并应用此模型得到轧制力和快速超薄铸轧辊变形曲线,计算所得结果与现场测试数据吻合较好,也为铸轧辊设计、制造、板形控制等提供了可靠依据。
