采用反溶剂重结晶法试制出含有甲维盐纳米颗粒混悬液。试验中选用了表面活性剂PVP来抑制液相中颗粒的生长与团聚,并得到了形貌较规则的甲维盐纳米颗粒。试验结果表明,降低温度和提高搅拌转速均有利于甲维盐固体小颗粒的生成,所制备的甲维盐颗粒平均粒径约378nm。
The antisolvent recrystallization method was used to prepare a suspension containing a-ylide nanoparticles. In the experiment, the surfactant PVP was chosen to inhibit the growth and agglomeration of the particles in the liquid phase, and the more regular shape of the A dimension salt nanoparticles was obtained. The experimental results show that both the temperature reduction and the stirring speed increase are beneficial to the formation of small solid particles in the salt solution. The average particle size of the prepared salt is about 378 nm.
