With the development of imaging diagnosis technology, pathological immunohistochemical diagnosis technology, nasal endoscopy technology and microsurgery technology and its perfection and maturity, it is possible to carry out minimally invasive surgery for skull base tumors in clinic. Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Oral Maxillofacial surgery and neurosurgeons have gained new interest in the surgical approach and applied anatomy of the pterygopalatine fossa and its adjacent area tumors [1,2]. Pterygopalatine fossa is located in the medial infratemporal fossa, orbital apex behind the narrow bony gap, there are important intracavitary blood vessels, the nerve structure through, and with multiple intracranial and extracavitary and litter communication. Many originate in the nasal cavity, paranasal sinus, orbit and nasopharynx
