尽管目前在慢性病自我管理领域开展了许多研究项目,并且一直保持高涨的热情.但慢性病的自我管理是否确实有效以及那些要素在慢性病的自我管理中发挥作用并没有一致的结论。本文对国外近年来发表的一些针对老年人群慢性病自我管理方面的文献特别是循证研究系列的文献进行综述,主要了解国外在高血压、关节炎和糖尿病的自我管理方面的成效以及哪些要素在真正起作用,为国内社区老年人的慢性病管理提供一些方法上的指导和建议。
Despite the many ongoing research projects in the area of self-management of chronic diseases and their continued high enthusiasm, there is no consistent conclusion as to whether self-management of chronic diseases is valid and the role of those factors in the self-management of chronic diseases. This review summarizes the literature published in recent years in foreign countries on self-management of chronic diseases in the elderly population, especially the evidence-based research series, and mainly studies the foreign achievements in the self-management of hypertension, arthritis and diabetes and what elements are truly And provide some methodological guidance and suggestions for the management of chronic diseases in the elderly in the community in our country.
