利用太谷核不育小麦组建成 K( Ae.kotschyi)、V( Ae.ventricosa)型小麦恢复系表型轮回选择群体 ,对 C0 ~ C3不同轮选世代的育性及其农艺性状进行了分析研究。结果表明 ,K、V型小麦雄性不育恢复基因对太谷核不育小麦的育性没有影响 ,符合可育∶不育 =1∶ 1的分离比例。经过 3次轮回选择 ,小麦株高、穗粒数、百粒重和单株产量具有一定的选择效果 ,其中株高比对照降低 3.3cm,穗粒数增加 2 .7粒 ,效果更明显。
The fertility and agronomic traits of C0 ~ C3 generation in different rotation generations were analyzed by using Taigu nuclear sterile wheat to establish the phenotypic reincarnation population of K (Ae.kotschyi) and V (Ae.ventricosa) wheat restorer lines the study. The results showed that the male sterility restorer genes of K and V type wheat had no effect on the fertility of Taigu nuclear sterile wheat, which was in accordance with fertile: sterile = 1: 1 segregation ratio. After 3 cycles of selection, the plant height, grain number per spike, grain weight per plant and yield per plant had a certain selection effect. The height of the plant was 3.3cm lower than that of the control, and the number of grains per spike increased by 2.7%. The effect was more obvious.
