医院要发展的更好,就医环境、先进的辅助检测手段、医疗技术是非常重要的硬实力,但不可忽视的是医院文化建设,越来越多的医院把文化建设作为一种软实力加以培育。工会作为推进医院文化建设的职能部门具有不可推卸的责任和义务,工会要加强医院文化建设的思考和研究,探索一套适合自身医院文化建设的方法和途径,从而促进医院可持续性发展和实现跨越式发展。
