采用模态综合法可以将转子——轴承——基础系统简化成一个只有很少自由度但又有较高近似程度的数学模型,从而对整系统进行各种动力分析。本文介绍了根据[1]的计算方法而编制的计算机程序——DAROF (Dynamic Analysis of Rotor—Oilfilm—Foundation)。作为实例,计算了国产30万千瓦核汽轮发电机组(1:10)几何相似模型的临界转速,并与实测值进行了比较。结果表明,不仅计算值与实测值接近,而且实验中所观察到的主要现象也能由计算结果给以解释。
The modal synthesis method can be used to simplify the rotor-bearing-foundation system into a mathematical model with only a few degrees of freedom but a high degree of approximation, so as to conduct various dynamic analyzes of the whole system. This article describes a computer program compiled according to the method of [1] - Dynamic Analysis of Rotor-Oilfilm-Foundation. As an example, the critical speed of geometric similarity model of domestic 30 MW nuclear power plant (1:10) was calculated and compared with the measured value. The results show that not only the calculated value is close to the measured value, but also the main phenomenon observed in the experiment can be explained by the calculation results.
