中原油田气田气井油管的内腐蚀严重,时常发生油管穿孔、断裂事故,直接影响了气田的正常生产和动态监测工作。为了弄清气井腐蚀原因,在对油管进行管材失效分析和室内模拟试验的基础上,应用灰色理论中的灰关联分析方法对中原油田现场实测的腐蚀环境数据进行了相关处理,分析了影响气井油管腐蚀的主要因素并探讨了其腐蚀规律。分析处理结果表明,产出气中所含的CO2 和水导致油管发生电化学腐蚀,而产出气的冲蚀作用又加剧了这一过程,二者共同作用是造成油管穿孔断裂的主要原因。这一分析结果与失效分析试验相吻合,也说明灰关联方法是一较好的数据处理方法,可以应用于油气田复杂环境腐蚀情况并得到较好分析判断结果。
Gas wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield have serious internal corrosion and often lead to perforation and rupture of tubing, which has a direct impact on the normal production and dynamic monitoring of the gas field. In order to find out the reason of gas well corrosion, based on the tubing failure analysis and indoor simulation test, the gray relational analysis method in gray theory was used to deal with the measured corrosive environment data in Zhongyuan Oilfield. Corrosion of the main factors and discussed the corrosion law. Analysis and treatment results show that CO2 and water contained in the produced gas lead to electrochemical corrosion of the tubing, which is exacerbated by the erosion effect of the produced gas, which is the main reason for the tubing perforation and rupture. The result of this analysis is in good agreement with the analysis of failure analysis. It also shows that the gray correlation method is a better data processing method and can be applied to the corrosion of complex environment in oil and gas field and get better analysis and judgment results.
