采用阻燃剂溴化环氧树脂对PBT/EPDM合金进行改性,研究阻燃剂含量对PBT/EPDM合金力学、阻燃性能和热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:随着阻燃剂含量的增加,PBT/EPDM合金的阻燃等级、极限氧指数均有显著提高。TGA曲线显示,阻燃剂的加入,起始失重温度和最大热失重速率温度均向低温移动,且最终的残留率均明显增多。同时,随着阻燃剂的增加,PBT/EPDM合金的拉伸强度和弯曲性能呈上升趋势,冲击强度呈下降趋势。
The flame retardant brominated epoxy resin was used to modify PBT / EPDM alloy to study the influence of flame retardant content on the mechanical, flame retardancy and thermal stability of PBT / EPDM alloy. The results show that with the increase of flame retardant content, the flame retardant grade and limiting oxygen index of PBT / EPDM alloy are significantly increased. The TGA curves show that the addition of flame retardant, the initial weight loss temperature and the maximum TGD temperature all move to low temperature, and the final residual rate increases obviously. Meanwhile, with the increase of flame retardant, the tensile strength and flexural properties of PBT / EPDM alloy show an upward trend, and the impact strength shows a decreasing trend.
