萨莫特洛尔油田主要采用安装隔水屏障或应用凝胶组分进行选择性封堵地层水。但成功率并不高 ,经常会遇到很多问题。目前 ,随着堵水经验的积累 ,在掌握了各种水淹原因的基础上 ,开发研究了新型堵水工艺 :①堵水前先测井 ,确定实际注堵剂段 ;②采用专用射孔液和惰性射孔液的深穿透射孔体系射专用孔和工艺孔 ;③对孔段井进行水力波及处理 ;④采用合适的注入压力 ,保持工艺孔段的地层渗流特性。新型堵水工艺取得了很好的效果 :隔水屏障安装成功率达 80 % ,有效期达 12个月 ;选择性封堵成功率由 4 0 %提高到 75% ,有效期达 8个月
