荷香糯米蒸蟹主料:糯米饭2碗、大闸蟹1只、腊肠1根、香菇3朵、荷叶1片(浸泡好)、葱辅料:生抽、白酒、盐、胡椒粉做法:1)将大闸蟹洗净除去腮和内脏,用白酒、盐、胡椒粉腌制,腊肠切粒,香菇切粒,葱切末。2)葱末炒出香味,并与腊肠粒和香菇粒一起加进糯米饭里拌匀,放少许生抽调味。3)蒸笼里铺上荷叶,填入搅拌好的糯米饭。4)放入大闸蟹在糯米饭上,用荷叶覆盖好,大火蒸15分钟即可。5)在等待大闸蟹出锅的时候做蘸汁:姜切末加醋、盐、少许生抽和香油勾兑成汁。
