本实验观察了用标准羊种布鲁氏菌16M菌株10000个菌感染豚鼠,感染后三个月取心肌和脾组织在透射与扫描电镜下观察了心肌和脾组织的超微结构。观察所见,感染后的心肌组织不仅在心肌间质内出现了弥漫性的炎症细胞浸润,而且心实质细胞也发生了广泛性的心肌纤维变性等病理损害。在脾脏的脾索内有转化的淋巴母细胞增生,各级溶酶体增多,高尔基复合体发达以及线粒体凝集变性和粗面内质网扩张及脱颗粒等主要表现。
In this experiment, Guinea pigs were infected with 10 000 bacteria of the standard strain of Brucella 16M, and myocardial and spleen tissues were taken three months after infection to observe the ultrastructure of myocardium and spleen under transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Observation shows that, after infection, myocardial tissue not only diffuse infiltration of inflammatory cells in the myocardial interstitium, and cardiac parenchymal cells also occurred extensive myocardial fibrosis and other pathological damage. In the spleen of the spleen cord has transformed lymphoblastosis, lysosomes increased at all levels, the development of the Golgi complex and mitochondrial coagulation degeneration and rough endoplasmic reticulum dilation and degranulation and other major performance.
