去年初,我到一汽进行探索企业思想政治工作新方法的调研,采写的《一汽一位“模范干部”妻子来信发人深省》引起了中央领导的重视,在全国激起强烈反响。稍后,我带领年轻记者再次到一汽开展围有企业党建问题的调研,合作采写的《一位德国专家三度申请入党震动一汽员工》再度引起中央领导的重视,并在全国产生了连锁反应。回顾这两篇稿件的采写过程,引发了我对新闻调研创新的一些思考。
At the beginning of last year, I went to FAW to conduct a survey on a new method for exploring ideological and political work in enterprises. The “One-man First Automobile” model cadre, “Struggling with Letters from Wives”, attracted the attention of the central leadership and aroused strong repercussions across the country. Later, I led a young reporter to FAW again to carry out a survey on the party building around the enterprise. The co-authored “A German expert who applied for membership in the party three times to shock FAW’s employees” once again attracted the attention of the central leadership and caused a chain reaction across the country. Reviewing the writing and writing of these two manuscripts triggered some reflections on the innovation of news research.
