榔榆切口截面见水流浆,是众多榆桩迷们的心病,特别是根部见水流浆,更是榔榆生桩成活的拦路虎,因为流浆而造成烂根、缩枝直至死亡的榆桩不计其数。本人多年来曾采用风干、根部涂抹油漆或红霉素软膏或凡士林或快干胶等各种方法,均不尽人意。为彻底解决这个问题,我采用石蜡封闭根部切口,让高温的蜡液把切口烫纤维化,进而封闭到位的方法,效果不错,就是现栽的榆树现浇水,也不会流浆。
