本文采用二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝纤维化,定期进行肝活检,着重观察了Ito细胞(IC)的动态改变及其与肝纤维化发生的关系。结果表明:在肝纤维化的发生发展过程中,IC明显增生,合成胶原蛋白沉积于Disse腔内,并逐步过渡为成纤维细胞;增生的IC主要分布于小叶周边,纤维间隔及邻近间隔的肝小叶内;实验后期,IC指数明显下降,可能与IC转变为成纤维细胞有关,这种转变纤维间隔比小叶内更明显。
In this paper, diethylnitrosamine induced liver fibrosis in rats, regular liver biopsy, focusing on the dynamic changes of Ito cells (IC) and its relationship with the occurrence of liver fibrosis. The results showed that during the development of hepatic fibrosis, IC significantly proliferated, collagen was deposited in the cavity of Disse, and gradually transformed into fibroblasts. The proliferative ICs mainly distributed in the periphery of the leaflets. The interstitial fibrosis and nearby hepatic fibrosis In the late stage of experiment, the IC index decreased obviously, which may be related to the conversion of IC into fibroblasts. This change of fiber spacing is more obvious than that in the lobules.
