高职院校英语教育专业的教育实习工作存在时间短、效果差、对促进学生教学技能的培养意义不大的诸多问题。本文结合我院英语教育实习工作的特点以及近几年实践中所发现的问题。从合理的实习时间安排,提倡见习与实习结合,规范实习管理等方面提出了几点合理化建议;力求把教育实习的功能发挥到最大,培养出符合高职教育理念的高级技能型英语教育人才。
There are many problems in the education internship of English majors in higher vocational colleges, such as short time, poor effect and little training to promote students’ teaching skills. This article combines the characteristics of our college English education internship work and found in practice in recent years. From the rational arrangement of internship, promotion of combination of internship and internship, standardization of internship management and other aspects put forward a number of rationalization proposals; strive to maximize the function of education internship, training in line with the concept of higher vocational education of advanced skills English education talents.
