患者,男,48岁,因“左侧上腭无痛性包块6年余”于2014年3月17日入院。患者自诉6年前左侧上腭出现一约蛋黄大小的包块,该包块无痛无痒,生长缓慢。左侧颊部软组织肿胀。拟诊:上颌骨左侧膨胀性病变,多考虑含牙囊肿,收住院。专科检查:面型左右不对称,自左侧口角、鼻翼至左侧颊部略肿胀,左侧鼻唇沟较浅,颌面部无麻木感,开口度、开口型及咬合关系正常。口内见自左上(23~26)颊腭侧膨
