社会发展要求语文教学也要相应地进行改革,单纯“读写”能力的培养已不能适应社会发展需求。针对职高生在就业、应聘时表现出的口语交际能力严重缺乏现状,笔者结合教学实践,提出了加强职高生听说能力的几点想法。主要通过听评训练、即兴演讲、场景训练、边缘性教学等一系列循序渐进的方法,逐步提高学生的听说能力。在此过程中,又遵循了听说读写互相促进的原则,使学生在综合性学习中培养适应社会发展的语文素质。
Social development requires language teaching should be carried out accordingly reform, simple “reading and writing ” ability training has been unable to meet the needs of social development. In view of the serious lack of status quo of Oral Communicative Competence of vocational college students in employment and candidates, the author puts forward some ideas on how to strengthen the ability of Oral Hearing in vocational schools based on teaching practice. Through a series of gradual and orderly methods, such as listening training, improvisational speech, scene training and marginal teaching, the students’ listening and speaking abilities are gradually raised. In the process, they also follow the principle of mutual promotion of reading, writing and reading so that students can cultivate the language qualities that suit social development in comprehensive learning.
