I remember that the previous issue of the “Matthew” phenomenon, which is quite common in human resource management today, has not been discussed. It shouldn’t be left. It is impossible to stay. Recently, one of my author’s friends encountered the same embarrassment. The Wen Wen’s unit sounds good, and it is still quite famous in the Southwest. The company leaders personally went to Wen Wen’s university to recruit. Wen Wen, as a talented woman on the campus, was chosen as a matter of course. In the recruitment process, the company’s leaders actively mentioned salary issues. He said that wages will not be too low and that internship treatment can at least meet basic living needs and solve housing problems. However, at the company’s settlement at the end of the month, it was discovered that the poor figures on the payroll card would only be difficult to satisfy for meals and rents in a city with a low consumption level, let alone affirmation of personal values. Standing on the strange streets where people flow, the ever-strong texts are lost and confused.
