城市土地开发与房产开发主要指标具有互动关系.本文结合时差相关性与K-L信息量的方法,测算并得出近十几年来江苏省房产开发对土地开发具有较大的时差滞后性作用的结论,通过实证研究对政府调控房地产市场提出针对性的建议.
The main index of urban land development and real estate development has an interactive relationship.In this paper, we conclude that the development of real estate in Jiangsu Province has a large lag lag effect on land development in the past ten years by combining the method of time difference correlation and KL information quantity, Through empirical research, the government puts forward some suggestions to the real estate market.
