根据丙烷氨氧化制丙烯腈反应网络的分析,探索了提高催化剂活性的途径。通过实验研究了以钒-锑为基础的负载型催化剂的主要活性组分的配比、助催化剂的效应以及催化剂的制备方法对丙烯腈收率的影响,为制备催化剂提供了依据。
According to the analysis of the acrylonitrile reaction network of ammoxidation of propane, ways to improve the activity of the catalyst were explored. The effects of the ratio of main active components, the effect of cocatalyst and the preparation method of catalyst on the yield of acrylonitrile have been studied experimentally by using vanadium-antimony-based supported catalysts.
