我们这次办班,是在全路上下深入学习、努力实践“三个代表”重要思想,认真学习江泽民总书记“5·31”重要讲话,继续深化铁路改革、推进铁路发展,决心以优异的成绩迎接党的“十六大”胜利召开的新形势下举办的。同志们从紧张繁忙的铁路工作第一线抽调到党校学习,这既是工作的迫切需要,也是一次难得的进修提高的机会。希望同志们珍惜并利用好这个机会,刻苦读书,认真思考,积极研讨,进一步提高政治理论水平和思想水平,增强领导现代化建设的能力和驾驭市场经济的能力,从而为铁路的改革和发展做出新的更大的贡献。
