某大型煤矿公司企业职业病危害应急管理与应急处置实行“统一领导,分级负责”的原则。各级应急指挥中心办公室设在调度室,实行24小时值班,各级安全、卫生、党政办、物资供应等部门在各自职责范围内分别行使应急职责;公司疾病预防控制中心承担应急检测、技术支持、现场指导和部分应急救援工作。但因专业人员不足、队伍技术力量不强、应急救援设备少,故尚不能完全满足应急救援工作需要。公司下一步应充实专业人员,加强物资和装备保障,完善应急救援信息系统,成立专家咨询委员会,做好技术保障,提高应急反应能力。
