美国商务部15日确定将对进口的中国制冷剂征收高额关税,称该商品在美国售价过低,而且是利用中国政府的补贴进行生产。商务部声明,把反倾销和反补贴关税考虑在内,该商品最终关税介于282.54-303.42%。这种制冷剂叫做1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷,用于空调系统。受此影响的公司包括江苏蓝色星球环保科技股份有限公司、山东东岳集团有限公司、大连统泰国际贸易有限公司和浙江三美化工有限公司
The U.S. Department of Commerce decided on the 15th that it would impose high tariffs on imported Chinese refrigerants, saying that the prices of the products in the United States were too low and that they were produced with subsidies from the Chinese government. Ministry of Commerce stated that taking into account tariffs on anti-dumping and countervailing duties, the final tariff for the commodity ranged from 282.54-303.42%. This refrigerant is called 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane for air conditioning systems. The affected companies include Jiangsu Blue Planet Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongyue Group Co., Ltd., Dalian Tongtai International Trade Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Sanmei Chemical Co., Ltd.
